Nowadays, there are so many different types of baby pillows out there. All of them has a unique function, and there are some that you will be glad that you have! There are pillows for all different things, including nursing, sleeping, and riding in the car.
I think the bassinette pillows on the market today are great. They positioning the baby so that they are flat on their back, which is the recommended sleep position. While they are a great convenience to the nursing mom, they can also be great for supporting baby and looking at books, feeding with a bottle, or even for extra support when a sibling is holding them. These pillows are great for many things, and every mom should have one, whether they are nursing or not.
Care pillows prop baby's head while going on a car trip. They are great for the baby to lean their head on for extra support, especially because they will most likely fall asleep. I really like them because they keep baby's head away from the hard plastic on the car seat. Many car seats include some type of pillow, but I like to pick out my own. The ones included with the seat just are not quite as cushy as one that you can pick out yourself.
Baby pillows have so many convenient uses. They can be used for many tasks, from support when feeding to riding in the car. Some of them are a bit pricy, but they are worth every penny, especially if you buy them for your first baby and use them several times thereafter.
